WHY DOES THE IPSL PROGRAM MATTER?   

"We believe that mentoring and storytelling are very powerful ways to learn anything.  Accelerating knowledge transfer, supporting succession planning and fine tuning the skills of current leaders in government are all outcomes of great mentoring.
